With over 20 years of in-house and consulting experience, Sharon Mannino is one of Western Australia’s leading elearning practitioners.
Sharon is a strategic thinker who bridges the gap between her client’s business requirements and the required elearning solutions. She specialises in needs analysis, elearning strategy, internal stakeholder engagement, client consultation and project management.
Since founding eLearning eXcellence in 2013, Sharon and her robust technical development team has delivered integrated solutions for a variety of clients; from those who are new to elearning, to those who have adopted many learning technologies.
Before her life as an elearning consultant, Sharon held senior roles with Worley Parsons, Hatch Associates and Sealcorp Holdings encompassing elearning strategy and training, elearning financial systems, business analysis and software development and testing.
Sharon is a gifted communicator and enthusiastic facilitator with exceptional interpersonal skills developed through many years as a teacher both in Australia and abroad.
Sharon’s professional qualifications include a Diploma of Teaching and Art Education from Edith Cowan University as well as post graduate qualifications in Workplace Assessment and Training. She is an advanced user of Adobe Captivate who draws upon her technical, creative, business and educational skills to deliver customised solutions which meet your needs.
